Traditional 10-minute delivery models rely heavily on ground-based two-wheelers. This leads to three major issues:
Safety Hazards: Intense time pressure on delivery partners leads to traffic violations and accidents.
Infrastructure Bottlenecks: Urban congestion and poor road conditions in cities like Varanasi make a consistent 10-minute window physically impossible during peak hours.
Carbon Footprint: High reliance on fossil-fuel-powered vehicles for micro-deliveries.
2. The Proposed Solution: Autonomous Urban Aerial Logistics
We propose an integrated Drone-First Delivery Ecosystem that bypasses ground traffic to ensure safer, faster, and more predictable deliveries.
3. Key Technical Pillars
Precision Navigation: Utilizing GPS-based Real-time Location Tracking to guide autonomous drones through pre-mapped "Sky Corridors" for pinpoint accuracy.
Full-Stack Management: A React-based dashboard for the warehouse and a mobile app for the end-user to track the drone’s flight path in real-time.
AI Safety Integration: Similar to your work with TruthCheck-AI, the system will use an AI layer to process weather data and obstacle detection, ensuring a "Go/No-Go" safety score before every launch.
Deployment: The entire management system will be deployed via Render/Cloud services to ensure high availability and scalability.
