Problem Statement In today’s world, health-related problems and medical emergencies are very common, but getting the right help at the right time is still a major challenge. Many people, especially in small towns and rural areas, struggle to understand their medical reports. Due to lack of proper guidance, even minor health issues sometimes become serious problems. At the same time, finding a blood donor during an emergency is also very difficult. Hospitals do not always have every blood group available, and family members often have to search for donors at the last moment. This process takes a lot of time, which can be risky for the patient. To address these issues, the project “MediScan & Blood Finder” is developed. The main aim of this project is to help users easily scan and understand basic medical information from reports and to quickly locate nearby blood donors during emergencies. This system is designed to save time and provide faster support when it is most needed.
