Existing agri-tech applications assume stable internet, mandatory image uploads, and text-based interaction, making them unusable for low-end smartphones and low-connectivity regions. As a result, farmers often use incorrect pesticides, leading to crop loss, financial damage, and reduced trust in digital agricultural solutions. There is a need for a voice-first, offline-capable advisory system that works reliably on low-end devices and activates advanced image-based diagnosis only when connectivity is available.
