This project proposes an AI-powered Digital Health Record and Symptom Assistance Platform that securely stores portable health records and provides an AI-based symptom checker. Workers can enter their symptoms through a simple multilingual interface, and the system will analyze the input to provide possible health insights and guidance on seeking medical care. The goal is to improve healthcare accessibility, maintain continuous medical history, and support early health assessment for migrant workers.
