Problem Statement

Problem Statement The global pharmaceutical industry faces a $35 Billion annual crisis due to temperature excursions in the cold chain. Current monitoring systems are predominantly reactive, slow, and prone to data manipulation, leading to the spoilage of life-saving medicines like insulin and vaccines. Key Challenges: Delayed Detection: Temperature spikes often go unnoticed until the shipment is already compromised. Manual Intervention: Dependency on human response causes critical delays in corrective actions. Lack of Transparency: Centralized logs can be altered, making it difficult to maintain regulatory compliance and trust. The Solution (ThermoChain AI): We have developed an autonomous monitoring ecosystem that integrates AI-driven predictive analytics with Blockchain-backed immutable logging. Our system preemptively detects thermal deviations and automates real-time alerts, ensuring 100% transparency and zero-waste integrity across the global vaccine and medicine supply chain.
