Problem Statement

Problem statement:- Inefficient Reporting of Local Civic Issues In many Indian cities like Delhi, residents face daily civic problems such as potholes, garbage overflow, broken street lights, water leakage, and fallen trees. 🎯Currently, reporting these issues to local authorities is difficult because: 🎯People don’t know where to report problems. 🎯Complaint systems are slow and not transparent. 🎯Many issues remain unresolved for weeks. 🎯There is no simple platform where citizens can report and track local problems. As a result, many civic issues remain unresolved for long periods of time, creating inconvenience and reducing the overall quality of urban living. There is a clear need for a simple and efficient way for citizens to report local problems and ensure they are noticed and addressed by the responsible authorities.
