Problem Statement

AnnSeva AI Food waste is a significant global issue, especially in urban areas where hotels, restaurants, and large eateries often discard surplus food daily. At the same time, a large number of underprivileged people struggle to access even basic meals. Currently, there is no efficient, real-time system that connects food providers (hotels, dhabas, restaurants) with NGOs or volunteers who can redistribute excess food to the needy. As a result, large quantities of edible food are wasted, while many people go hungry. The problem is to design a scalable and efficient solution that can: Identify locations where surplus food is available Notify nearby NGOs or volunteers in real-time Ensure safe and timely collection and distribution of food Reduce food wastage while addressing hunger This system should bridge the gap between food donors and receivers, creating a sustainable and socially impactful food redistribution network.
