Problem Statement
MedLexica is a production-grade clinical AI assistant built
specifically for Indian healthcare. India has 1.4 billion
people but less than one doctor per thousand patients in most
rural districts. General practitioners treating dengue fever,
drug-resistant tuberculosis, or acute diabetic emergencies
often lack immediate access to the latest Indian clinical
guidelines. Existing AI tools make this worse — they
hallucinate drug dosages, have never seen Indian clinical data,
and require expensive cloud APIs that cost money per query.
