Current civic monitoring relies on fixed CCTV infrastructure and citizen complaints, leading to delayed identification of potholes, sanitation failures, illegal encroachments, and traffic hazards. With thousands of delivery vehicles traversing urban roads daily, there exists an untapped opportunity to convert moving vehicles into intelligent sensing nodes. However, there is no structured AI-driven system that leverages this mobility to automatically detect, validate, and route road-level civic issues to the relevant government departments. This gap results in inefficient maintenance cycles, increased accident risk, and poor urban governance transparency.
