The Fall Detection Helmet is an IoT-based safety system designed to detect accidents or sudden falls and automatically alert emergency contacts. The system uses an MPU-6050 accelerometer and gyroscope sensor connected to an Arduino Uno to detect abnormal movements indicating a fall. When a fall is detected, a buzzer alerts the user for 10 seconds, allowing them to cancel the alert by pressing a button if it is a false alarm. If the button is not pressed, the system sends a signal to a smartphone via an HC-05 Bluetooth module, which then automatically sends an SMS with the user's live location and can initiate an emergency call to predefined contacts. This project aims to improve rider safety and enable faster emergency response during accidents.
