Volunteers want to help but don’t know where help is needed today, and donors hesitate because there is no verifiable proof of impact. NGOs also struggle to quickly access skilled support (doctors, lawyers, designers) due to time and cost constraints. Proposed Solution: SETU is a real-time platform that connects NGOs, volunteers, and donors through: a Live Need Board for urgent, location-based needs, AI Smart Matching that assigns nearby volunteers/skills to the right NGO needs, a Duplication Detector that identifies overlapping relief efforts and suggests redirection to uncovered areas, and Impact Proof (photo + update logs) to increase trust and donation confidence. Outcome: Faster response, reduced duplication, better coverage, and transparent, trackable impact.
