Problem Statement

The Problem : India has millions of unresolved civic issues — potholes, broken streetlights, overflowing garbage, water leaks — reported every day through government portals that are slow, opaque, and broken. Citizens file complaints and never hear back. Reports get lost in bureaucratic black holes. There is zero accountability, zero transparency, and zero feedback loop between citizens and the authorities responsible for fixing things. The core failure is three things happening at once — no easy way to report, no intelligent routing to the right department, and no public visibility that forces accountability The solution : CivicPulse AI closes that entire loop in one platform. A citizen opens the app, takes a photo of a broken road or overflowing bin, writes two sentences, and hits submit. In under 3 seconds, Claude AI reads the image and description and automatically assigns a category, severity level, responsible government department, confidence score, and resolution timeline. That report instantly appears as a live pin on a public city map. The neighborhood gets a Civic Health Score out of 100 that updates in real time. The citizen tracks their report from open to in-progress to resolved — and the city is now publicly accountable because every issue is visible to everyone
