Millions of elderly people in India struggle to manage their daily medications, doctor appointments, and basic health queries not because they lack smartphones, but because most digital health tools are English-only and text-based. An 70-year-old in a rural or semi-urban area cannot type, cannot read app interfaces, and has no one to assist them daily.
We plan to build a voice-based AI companion that elderly users can simply talk to in their regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.). It will remind them about medications, answer basic health questions in simple language, summarize doctor's prescriptions aloud, and send alerts to a family member if something seems wrong. The entire interaction is voice-first no typing, no reading required.
