By the end of the hackathon, every team must deliver one of the components of a startup function.
• A working product (web or mobile, or agent)
• AI-generated or AI-assisted codebase
• Live deployed application
• Pitch deck created using AI
• Demo video
AI-First means:
• AI is the primary builder, not assistant
• Humans guide, validate, and refine
• 80%+ of execution must be AI-driven
• Tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, n8n, AI agents frameworks, OpenClaw and others
Participants can choose one of the following startup tracks:
Build a SaaS product powered by AI
Diagnostics, wellness, or patient experience
Payments, fraud detection, trading tools
Learning platforms, skill assessment
Climate, productivity, accessibility, or any other idea outside of the above tracks is acceptable
• Minimum 1 and maximum 6 members per team
• At least 80% of the product must be built using AI tools
• Manual coding should be minimal
• Teams must document how AI was used
• All submissions must be original
• AI replaces traditional development workflows
• Focus on speed + execution + product thinking
• Real startup mindset, not just prototypes
• Build in days what used to take months
Each team must submit:
• GitHub repository
• Live deployed app
• 3–5 min demo video
• Pitch deck
• AI usage report (tools + prompts)
