The AI Food Waste Management System is a smart, web-based platform designed to reduce food wastage by efficiently connecting food providers (restaurants, hotels, etc.) with receivers (NGOs, shelters, volunteers) using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
The system allows providers to upload surplus food details, which are processed by an AI engine that performs prediction, classification, and intelligent matching. It identifies the most suitable receivers based on location, demand, and urgency, and suggests optimized delivery routes to ensure quick and efficient distribution.
