We want to build an AI-powered platform that prevents food waste before it happens and efficiently manages surplus food. It will provide **food demand and surplus prediction**, **inventory and food-quality/expiry monitoring**, and **smart dashboards** for tracking preparation, consumption, and waste. The platform will also connect surplus food with verified NGOs and recipients through a **redistribution network** and support **smart logistics** for timely collection and delivery. Our goal is to create an end-to-end, data-driven system that reduces food waste, saves costs, and improves surplus-food utilization.
