# Problem Statement Despite the rapid growth of digital governance initiatives, rural citizens continue to face difficulties in accessing government services efficiently. Information about welfare schemes, Panchayat services, agricultural support, and grievance redressal is scattered across multiple platforms, making it difficult for citizens to find accurate and relevant information. Many people are also affected by language barriers, low digital literacy, and complex application procedures. The current grievance redressal system is largely manual, resulting in repeated visits to government offices, long processing times, and limited transparency. Farmers often lack timely access to verified information on government schemes, weather updates, market prices, and agricultural guidance. Panchayat officials also face challenges in managing citizen requests due to fragmented systems and manual workflows, increasing administrative workload and delaying service delivery. There is a need for a unified digital platform that provides simple, multilingual, and intelligent access to government services while improving transparency, efficiency, and accessibility for both citizens and Panchayat officials.
