Many individuals unknowingly inherit diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer etc. due to untracked family medical history. This lack of awareness leads to delayed diagnoses, poor health outcomes, and missed preventive opportunities. In rural and semi-urban areas, the absence of genetic counseling or structured health records makes the situation worse. There is a need for a user-friendly digital platform to help people understand their hereditary health risks early and take preventive steps We propose GeneGuard – a web-based platform that allows users to build a multi-generational family health tree, assess genetic disease risks using AI, and receive personalized lifestyle recommendations. The app generates a downloadable health passport and provides a QR-based profile for easy sharing with doctors. Its multilingual interface ensures inclusivity, especially for rural users
