Small and mid-sized manufacturing companies struggle to track machine breakdowns, maintenance requests, spare parts, and downtime efficiently, often relying on WhatsApp, paper logs, and Excel. This leads to delayed maintenance, production losses, and poor visibility. We aim to build an AI-powered Maintenance Copilot that allows workers to report issues using natural language or voice, automatically categorizes and prioritizes breakdowns, suggests troubleshooting steps, tracks maintenance history, and provides real-time insights into machine downtime and recurring failures.
