Outreach & Partnerships Associate (HackIndia)

We’re looking for a proactive Outreach & Partnerships Associate to help grow HackIndia by connecting with colleges, communities, sponsors, and developers across India.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and driving collaborations in the tech ecosystem.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Reach out to colleges, tech communities, and student leaders

• Build partnerships for HackIndia events and hackathons

• Connect with sponsors, startups, and companies

• Manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp

• Track leads and follow-ups (HubSpot or similar tools)

• Coordinate with internal team for onboarding partners

🎯 Who You Are

• Strong communication and networking skills

• Comfortable with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Self-driven and goal-oriented

• Basic understanding of startups / hackathons / tech ecosystem

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) is a plus
