Problem Statement — CareVault People's medical records live everywhere except in one place — a blood report in WhatsApp, an X-ray in a phone gallery, a prescription on paper in a hospital file. When a patient needs to share their history with a new doctor, they either can't find the right file in time or end up sharing everything with everyone, with no way to take that access back later and no record of who actually looked at it. CareVault gives patients one secure place to store their medical records and full control over who can see them — they choose exactly which doctor can access which report, and can revoke that access at any time. Every time a doctor views a record, it's logged, so the patient always knows who has seen what. On top of that, patients and approved doctors can ask an AI assistant plain-language questions about the patient's history — like "what were my last three blood sugar readings?" — and get an answer with the source report cited. The assistant only ever looks at records the patient has actually agreed to share, so access control applies to the AI the same way it applies to everything else.
