AI Agents Hackathon 2026 - Winners Announced
HackIndia, in partnership with Adaption, is proud to announce the official winners of the AI Agents Hackathon 2026.
Powered by Adaption's cutting-edge AI infrastructure, this hackathon brought together India's brightest student developers and builders to compete in one of the most challenging and forward-looking AI competitions on the HackIndia platform. Teams were tasked with building intelligent, real-world AI agent applications — and the quality of submissions proved that India's developer community is ready for the global stage.
After a rigorous evaluation process, here are the teams that rose to the top.
🥇 1st Place — Team Tech Titans
Led by Shreya Varshney
Prize: $1,000 USD
Team Tech Titans delivered an outstanding build that set itself apart on every dimension — technical depth, real-world applicability, and the quality of the final demo. Led by Shreya Varshney, the team's AI agent solution impressed the judges with its innovation and execution under pressure.
🥈 2nd Place — Team Pixels
Led by Mansi Jadhav
Prize: $600 USD
Team Pixels brought a polished, well-architected submission that demonstrated strong technical implementation and a clear understanding of the problem space. Mansi Jadhav led the team to a well-deserved second place finish.
🥉 3rd Place — Team 10_Minutes
Led by Siddhant Shivam
Prize: $400 USD
Team 10_Minutes rounded out the podium with a focused, practical AI agent build that showed strong problem-solving instincts and clean execution from start to finish. A fantastic effort from Siddhant Shivam and the team.
About the Hackathon
The AI Agents Hackathon 2026 was run in partnership with Adaption, the company behind AutoScientist and Adaptive Data — platforms that automate the full AI model research and training loop and support 242 languages for real-world data adaptation.
This hackathon was part of HackIndia's broader 2026 mission to expose India's student developer community to the most cutting-edge AI tools and infrastructure available globally, and to give builders the opportunity to compete for real stakes on a world-class platform.

To every team that registered, built, and submitted — thank you.
The caliber of work across all submissions was a strong signal of where India's AI builder community is headed. Building an AI agent from scratch, under time pressure, with real judging criteria, is not easy. Every participant who shipped something real this time around is already ahead.
The prizes go to three teams. The growth belongs to everyone who showed up.
