HackIndia Spark 4 at KCC Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida delivered one of the most electrifying hackathon experiences of the season, bringing together 1000+ registrations and over 500 active builders on ground for a high-intensity overnight innovation sprint.

The day began with a formal inauguration ceremony, setting the tone for what would become a defining moment in the HackIndia 2026 series.

The event opened with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony, followed by an inspiring address by Avneesh Aryan, Director of HackIndia, who connected directly with the student community and emphasized the importance of building real products, not just ideas.

As the ceremony concluded, the energy shifted instantly into execution mode. The hackathon officially kicked off, and within minutes, the venue transformed into a live build environment filled with focused teams, laptops open, ideas flowing, and code being written.
Real Building, Real Momentum
What set Spark 4 apart was the intensity and continuity of building. This was not a passive participation event. Teams were fully immersed in developing solutions across AI, Web3, cloud, and open innovation tracks.

Throughout the night, the hackathon was structured around three dedicated mentor rounds, where industry mentors and the HackIndia team engaged deeply with participants:
Mentor Round 1 focused on validating ideas and helping teams refine their approach

Mentor Round 2 pushed teams on execution, scalability, and technical depth
Mentor Round 3 ensured teams were ready for final demos with clarity and impact

Despite being an overnight hackathon, the energy never dropped. Teams continued building through the night, debugging, deploying, iterating, and pushing their limits.
The Final Day and Grand Pitch

The next day marked the culmination of this intense build cycle. As submissions closed, the top teams moved into the final pitching round, presenting their solutions in front of a panel of judges.

The atmosphere was electric. Each team showcased not just an idea, but a working product backed by hours of effort, collaboration, and learning. From innovative AI solutions to scalable tech platforms, the quality of projects reflected the true spirit of HackIndia.

With all eyes on the stage, the final pitches highlighted one clear outcome
HackIndia is not just hosting hackathons, it is building a generation of real builders.
A Massive Success at National Scale

HackIndia Spark 4 at KCC was more than just an event. It was a high-impact, national-level innovation experience that demonstrated what happens when the right ecosystem, structure, and builders come together.
The scale, execution, and builder energy made this one of the most successful Sparks so far in the HackIndia 2026 journey.
